This includes both traditional hires and those joining via client integrations. The HR Onboarding Specialist is an integral part of the business ensuring an elevated new hire experience while managing the complexities of client onboarding requirements. </span><br><span style="font-size: inherit;"><strong>Job Competencies:</strong></span><br><span style="font-size: inherit;"><strong>Valuing Differences</strong> - Works effectively with individuals of diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, abilities, motivations, or backgrounds; seeks out and uses unique abilities, insights, and ideas. This includes new client intake discussions, identifying process bottlenecks, and creating streamlined approaches to maximize efficiencies. </span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Create and maintain standard operating procedures on assigned book of business to train peers and support cross functional collaboration across the team.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Interpret occupational health medical results and determine appropriate vaccinations required based on assigned clients to ensure compliance with Joint Commission requirements. </span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Responsible for navigating conversations with new hires and integrating associates to guide them through the onboarding process and ensure all items are completed timely and compliantly. </span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Provide exceptional candidate experience to new hires while maintaining strong relationships and communication across all internal and external onboarding partners including background and occupational health vendors, HR, Talent Acquisition, and hiring leadership teams.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Review onboarding requirements for accuracy and determine employment eligibility based on findings.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Consistent partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership to review escalations and proactively mitigate risks.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Navigate difficult conversations with heightened discretion to properly rescind offers, push start dates, and discuss background findings with new hires while maintaining confidentiality.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Maintain understanding of internal and external system integrations to troubleshoot any system gaps and enable cross functional collaboration with our IT, Workday, and External partners.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Continuously refine and implement onboarding controls and audits to reduce risk.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Execute additional HR projects as assigned.</span></li></ul><div> </div><div> </div><div><span style="font-size: inherit;"><strong>Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></span></div><ul><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">3-5 years of previous experience in a similar field, talent onboarding experience is preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Clear communication and problem solving skills required </span></li><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience</span></li></ul><div> </div><div><span style="font-size: inherit;"><strong>Required Certification:</strong></span></div><ul><li><span style="font-size: inherit;">CRCR Certification, or willingness to obtain within 9 months of hire</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size: inherit;"><strong>Why Join US?</strong><br>
