What You’ll Do
As a Planner Scheduler Level 4, you’ll provide strategic leadership for planning and scheduling across ENTEK’s most complex and high-impact projects. You’ll work closely with project and executive leadership to ensure schedule integrity, risk visibility, and best-in-class project execution. In this role, you will: Define and enforce planning and scheduling standards and governance Lead development and approval of complex project baselines Oversee schedule risk assessments and mitigation strategies Advise leadership on schedule feasibility and tradeoffs Support change management, claims, and executive decision-making Mentor and develop planners and schedulers across all levels Drive continuous improvement in planning tools and methods Represent ENTEK in senior-level internal and external discussions Ensure one controlled, approved schedule baseline per project Identify systemic schedule risks and improvement opportunities Influence execution strategy through planning insight
