Join ENTEK today as a Production Operator in Lebanon, Oregon! ENTEK is seeking applications for Production Operators to join our team on-site at our Lebanon, Oregon, location. Our production facilities operate 24/7, so the ideal candidates will be willing to work any shift, including nights and weekends. Production Operators perform tasks to support the needs of the Production Department. This includes operating, monitoring, and maintaining the production equipment to ensure the highest quality and productivity at all times.
Extruder Operate, monitor, and maintain mixers, extruders, and extractors for their assigned production cell to ensure the highest quality and productivity at all times. Winder Operate, monitor, and maintain the oven exit, fife guides, slitter system, defect detection system, and the winder mandrels. Responsible for the proper packaging of the final product and transporting the product to the packaging line. Pelletizer Operating, monitoring, and efficiently pelletizing recyclable material made available for reuse as raw material replacement in ENTEK mix formulas.
All parts of the Production Operator role may include: Conduct physical testing of product, in process, and finished goods. Ensure the workplace is clean and orderly. Accurately complete databases and production logs. Make adjustments to maintain process efficiency as needed. Monitor and operate a continual production line to ensure achievement of performance, quality, and safety objectives. Maintain safe operations
