Production Operator (ENTEK Membranes Plant)

ENTEK is seeking applications for Production Operator to join us on-site at our Lebanon, Oregon location (relocation within 40 miles of Lebanon is required). As a Production Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our quality-driven process—conducting physical testing, operating advanced production equipment, and ensuring compliance with strict standards, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical testing of in-process and finished goods to ensure quality compliance.
• Monitor and operate continuous production lines to meet performance, quality, and safety targets.
• Follow detailed product specification sheets and adhere to all safety policies and cleanroom protocols.
• Accurately update production logs and process data using proprietary software.
• Analyze data and make real-time process adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency.
• Mix raw materials and operate critical production equipment including extruders, dryers, winders, and lab systems.
• Collaborate with team members to process information and resolve production challenges.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives, leveraging 5S and Kaizen practices.
• Ensure workplace is clean, orderly, and safe.
