Instructional Designer

• Prior eLearning experience will be preferred
• Sound knowledge of ID theories and current practices in the learning industry
• Should have experience in designing learning strategies and developing ID approach documents
• Should have exposure to developing courses for varied learner audience
• Exposure to developing for different learning mediums would be an advantage
• Should have carried out design and development reviews of learning content

Job Description:

• Will be responsible for designing instructional and assessment strategies for the learning.
• Will also draft the learning materials, develop learning objectives and assessments, structure and write content creatively
• Will interact with SME’s for designing instructional for the learning
• Will also review the storyboards and courses for instructional accuracy before delivering to client
• Will manage a team of Instructional Writers and be responsible for deliverables within project schedules
