Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data and statements. · Establish and maintain strong financial controls, including expense management and internal accounting procedures. · Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, sub ledgers, and balance sheet accounts. · Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure proper documentation of accounting policies and procedures. · Support payroll processes, including time reporting, account reconciliation, and internal controls. · Manage billing, collections, and credit functions to ensure operational efficiency. · Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly financial and operational performance metrics. · Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
