Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement set-ups for machining of a variety of complex, tight tolerance parts using differing materials, according to blueprint drawings and/or written documentation Collaborate with Production Supervisor(s) and Engineering teams for First Part production Select appropriate feeds, speeds, and work holding equipment to maintain tight tolerances and required surface finishes Maintain tooling and measuring devices for accurate tolerances Safely operate overhead cranes to move parts through machining areas Inspect parts and record inspection results as required Complete daily machine maintenance and cleaning; maintain a clean work area Contribute to a culture of safety, adhere to all health and safety procedures
