Key Responsibilities:
- · Lead the evaluation, design, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and robustness.
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, process development, product and equipment transfers, and ongoing production sustainment.
- · Develop and approve technical documentation, including process validations and inspection methodologies, in coordination with Quality, Engineering, and Production Control teams.
- · Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- · Conduct risk analyses, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to mitigate production risks and resolve manufacturing issues.
- · Drive operational excellence through the application of LEAN tools, change control management, and process optimization initiatives.
