Responsibilities
- The Program Manager - Flight Operations SMS Promotion is responsible for training, communication, and other actions to create a positive safety culture within the pilot workforce.
- Manager activites include SMS training, advocating/strengething a positive safety culture, system and safety communication and awareness, and disseminating safety lessons learned.
- Manager participates in company safety working groups and industry safety summits and conferences.
- Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the day-to-day line operations and have the ability to maintain aircraft qualifications

Requirements
- The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet deadlines and objectives
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated
- Minimum age of 18
- College degree in a technical field or equivalent amount of airline experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of all FAA rules/regulations
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States
- Technical writing experience preferred
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate preferred
- Airline operations experience preferred
