Benefits Category: This is an hourly, non-exempt, position. Benefits eligible if working 30 or more hours per week. PTO eligible if working 35 or more hours per week. ESOP benefits upon meeting plan entry requirements.
Schedule: Part-time day position available with flexible scheduling (hours are based on the job schedule of the person served and therefore may change or vary)

An ESS must understand the different needs of individuals with disabilities. As an ESS you must have the ability to exercise flexibility and assertiveness, have a positive work ethic, problem solve, and navigate challenging situations effectively. An ESS must also be able to work without direct supervision.
