HR Generalist

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm some flexibility required due to the varied administrative duty requirements. Up to 20% local and state travel required.

What you will bring to our team:

Do you enjoy using your knowledge and resources to problem solve and help others? Does accomplishing goals satisfy you? If so, this may be a good job for you. The ideal candidate will have prior experience/knowledge in the HR field, be able to prioritize work and accomplish work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

· Highschool diploma or GED

· One (1) year of experience working in HR

· Prior experience and understanding of applicable rules and regulations governing state and federal guidelines regarding employer and employee.

· Valid driver’s license and meet qualifiers to be insured by EON, Inc.’s vehicle insurance provider.

· Safe and operational vehicle to commute and travel for business purposes.

· Must not be disqualified by appropriate criminal background studies.

· Must not be disqualified by appropriate criminal background studies.

· Meet the physical requirements as outlined in this position description. 

· Able to read and write in English. 

· Possess excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Degree in HR, Business or HR Certification.

· Two (2) years’ experience in the HR field.

· Experience working in the health care industry is a plus.
