Field Service Engineer  (m/f/d)

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Service Team in Korea.

Your Mission

• Installation of equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to EOS specifications.
• Provide on-site, remote technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Provide Technical Support remotely for EOS customer install base.
• Performs Preventive Maintenance procedures within the scheduled time.
• Completes and submits all service documentation accurately and completely following EOS procedures and guidelines.
• Cooperation in projects such as training, documentation, and exhibition installations
• Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards.
• Communicate and maintain service records and field service reports.
• Management of EOS service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets.
• Travel local or aborad to support training and field service/technical support work.

Your Talents

• Fluent English communication
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Basic mechanical engineering knowledge
• Understanding of electrical wiring, PLC, and pneumatic diagrams
• Familiar with PC setup, Windows OS, networking, and MS Office
• Customer-focused with ownership mindset
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Valid driver’s license and passport
