Talent Acquisition Researcher Intern

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and creative person to join us as Talent Acquisition Researcher Intern.

The Opportunity:

EPAM is looking for candidates who are ready for raising the bar and are open to new adventures. You will have the chance to use all available recruiting tools you will have the job to develop and execute candidate-generation strategies. Your duties will include developing candidates pipeline, including design, build and maintenance of a strong and diverse network of potential future employees. Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these to successful search strategies. Also, you will develop excellent internal client relationship while communicating proactively and consistently with hiring managers and candidates. You will have the opportunity to be a part of solid working relationships within the TA Team of EPAM to actively recruit for open roles.

The perfect candidate:

• A serious advantage is higher education in Human Resources or relevant major.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy are skills that everybody in recruitment should possess.
• If you have proven experience in working in an HR/Recruiting department is desirable.
• Your good level of written and verbal communication skills knowledge in English is vital for this job.
