Duties & Responsibilities
Set the strategy: Translate company positioning, ICP priorities, and campaign goals into an annual influencer and advocacy plan with clear audiences, themes, channels, and investment choices.
Build the network: Research, segment, recruit, and nurture a balanced network of industry experts, customer advocates, creators, community leaders, analysts, and implementation practitioners alongside sales partners.
Create the engine: Develop repeatable programs and editorial moments that make participation in the programme easy: brief templates, content calendars, co-marketing packages, event formats, and recognition mechanisms.
Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Demand Generation, PR, Sales, Customer Success, and executives to turn expertise into useful market-facing proof.
Protect trust: Operate with transparency, disclosure, brand safety, data privacy, and editorial integrity. Choose credibility and audience relevance over follower count.
Prove impact: Create reporting that links activity to audience quality, engagement, brand consideration, content performance, partner health, and influenced or sourced revenue.
