We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Polo Park Store Team as an Operations Supervisor.
THE DETAILS:
You'll be joining our store team in a full-time capacity
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as required, providing leadership coverage in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Support daily store operations and provide ongoing guidance to the Stock Associate team and other store members
- Respond to customer inquiries related to service parts requests, shipping dates, product availability, pricing, and product quality concerns
- Assist with live customer support, including phone lines and live chat, investigating and resolving concerns in a timely manner
- Complete weekly cycle counts accurately, including variance investigation and resolution
- Receive and process incoming shipments in accordance with company procedures, while maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
- Maintain inventory logs, including damages, reverse logistics, vendor credits, and AS IS inventory
- Partner with the Visual Coordinator and store leadership to support pricing updates and operational readiness for floor sets
- Support operational reporting, audit preparation, and completion of operational checklists
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repair requests with store leadership as needed
- Participate in Health & Safety inspections and support operational compliance within the store
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 1–3 years of retail operations, customer service, or inventory management experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Experience with inventory processes, including cycle counts and stock management
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Storis and SharePoint is considered an asset
- High School diploma/GED required; post-secondary education in business, retail operations, or a related field is an asset
- Ability to lift products weighing up to 75 lbs, and to stand and walk for extended periods of time
