This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for ensuring our office is welcoming, organised and running efficiently, providing support across multiple departments and acting as the go-to person for all office related matters. From coordinating suppliers and contractors to ordering office supplies, preparing meeting rooms and supporting day-to-day office operations, you'll take ownership of creating an environment where our people can do their best work.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems and building strong relationships. You'll be confident working independently, managing multiple priorities and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a part-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 1:30pm (20 hours per week), with a salary of £18,757.33 per annum.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure kitchens, breakout areas and meeting rooms are well stocked, tidy and presentable at all times.
    • Prepare meeting rooms for all internal meetings.
    • Welcome any visitors and contractors to the office.
    • Manage and distribute incoming deliveries, post and couriers.
    • Maintain records of office expenditure.
    • Support with general office administration and documentation.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
    • Carry out regular office inspections and report any issues.
    • Support health and safety activities, including first aid supplies and workplace compliance.
    • Assist with office moves, desk setups and workspace organisation.
    • Prepare desks and equipment for new starters.
    • Provide a friendly first point of contact for office-based queries.
    • Support the People team with employee events and wellbeing initiatives.

    • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Confident using Microsoft Office.
    • Experience coordinating multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
    • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
