Phoenix Regional Rehabilitation Hospital (Phoenix, AZ) is a premier, 48-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility serving patients across the Phoenix metro area. The hospital offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs designed to restore mobility, strength, and independence following serious medical events. Equipped with advanced therapy technology and supported by a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation specialists, the hospital delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Business Development Liaison to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• One (1) year of healthcare marketing/sales experience
• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record
• Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field, preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently required.

• Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, etc. that impact overall hospital operations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting growth goals for the facility through direct contact with the general public. Prepares a development plan, conducts calls and presentations to potential referral sources, and initiates and coordinates contract negotiations with other facilities, insurance companies and hospitals. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
