    Job Summary:

    Regional Operations sits at the heart of CBS and supports EY’s growth strategy. The Regional Operations Contracts team supports supplier contracting, supplier management, governance and reporting activities across a range of UKI business functions.

    Managed by the Talent Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Lead, the Supplier Contract Management Associate will provide administrative support across Talent supplier contracting and supplier management activities within the UKI Third Party Engagement Centre of Excellence. The role will focus on maintaining supplier records, trackers, action logs and reporting, supporting supplier onboarding, due diligence and governance processes, and helping ensure data quality and process compliance across the UKI Talent supplier landscape.

    Using supplier management tools including Pulse and SupplierLink, the role holder will update supplier records, monitor activity, prepare reporting and identify trends, gaps and overdue actions for review. The role will work alongside colleagues in Talent, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Finance teams to coordinate routine administrative activities and follow-up actions, escalating non-standard or higher-risk matters to the Talent Contract Management and SRM Lead as appropriate.

    Essential Functions of the Job:

    • Provide administrative support to the Talent Contract Management and SRM Lead across Talent supplier contracting and supplier management activities.
    • Maintain accurate supplier records, trackers and action logs relating to contracts, onboarding, approvals, renewals, supplier reviews and related governance   activities.
    • Use supplier management tools, including Pulse and SupplierLink, to update supplier records, monitor activity and support reporting requirements.
    • Collect, organise and maintain supplier data, identifying trends, gaps, overdue actions and recurring issues for review.
    • Support the administration of supplier onboarding, due diligence, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements and related approval processes.
    • Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates relating to supplier activity, contract pipelines, supplier reviews, compliance requirements and other               management information.
    • Maintain supplier guidance materials, templates, process documentation and shared resources, while performing routine data quality checks across supplier systems and reporting tools.
    • Coordinate routine follow-up actions with Talent, Procurement, Legal, Risk, Finance and other support teams, escalating non-standard or higher risk matters  as appropriate.
    • Support audit, compliance, governance and continuous improvement activities through accurate record keeping, reporting and tracking of actions.

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Experience in an administrative, operations support, contract support, procurement support or supplier support role.
    • Experience working with third-party supplier processes would be advantageous but is not essential.
    • Good understanding of administrative processes, record management and maintaining accurate documentation.
    • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage trackers, action logs, reports and multiple workstreams accurately.
    • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools to monitor activity, identify trends and track progress.
    • Ability to learn and use supplier management tools and systems, including Pulse, SupplierLink and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain data quality and identify inconsistencies or missing information.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate routine activities and follow up on outstanding actions.
    • Ability to follow established processes, work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
    • Experience supporting audit, compliance, governance or reporting activities would be beneficial.
    • Comfortable working within a remote or offshore team environment and managing routine administrative activity to agreed deadlines.
