Business Analyst (Tolls)
Candidates must already be living local to Dallas, TX
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelors degree or higher in IT or related field
- 5+ years experience as a BA
- Including some hands on work with Software QA
- 3+ years experience working in the toll collection industry
- Project/Program management experience or experience managing/coordinating across multiple IT systems teams
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong reporting and documentation experience
- Experience effectively managing tasks, deadlines and individuals through vendor contracts
- Ability to interact with colleagues in a self-managed team structure
