- Design Beautiful, Intuitive Products: Create visually striking, user-friendly designs that bring Escargotâs playful personality and ethos to lifeâboth in our digital experiences (website, e-commerce, social campaigns) and physical products (greeting cards, packaging).
- End-to-End Product Development: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and content, to design experiences that are as practical as they are magical.
- Lead UX Innovation: Use insights and empathy to craft thoughtful user journeys that make people feel seen, delighted, and seamlessly guided.
- Iterate on Ideas Quickly: Sketch, prototype, and refine designs based on feedback and dataâwhile staying true to Escargotâs brand identity.
- Shape the Escargot Aesthetic: Ensure every design decision reinforces Escargotâs witty, heartfelt tone and balances creativity with clarity.
- Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with the founders to bring big, bold ideas to life and push the boundaries of what a greeting card and design experience can be.
- Champion Accessibility: Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and intuitive for all users, no matter the platform or product.

- 3+ years of experience in product or digital design, preferably in e-commerce, consumer brands, or creative industries.
- A portfolio that showcases exceptional design skills, creativity, and a mastery of blending stunning visuals with thoughtful UX.
- Expert-level proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles, with the ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive experiences.
- Proven ability to balance brand creativity with functionalityâyour designs arenât just pretty, they work.
