HR System Support - Workday (m/f/n)

Meet the Team

You will become part of the People Information Systems Team at ESET Headquarters. As a small and collaborative team, we provide internal support for the Workday HR system and drive its ongoing development, optimization, and integration with other business applications. We partner closely with Global People (HR), IT, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure reliable system operations, enhance user experience, and deliver solutions that support business growth and efficiency.

About the Role

As HR System Support, you will provide daily support to employees, managers, HR colleagues and other users in matters related to Workday and HR processes. 

You will be responsible for:

• Serving as the first point of contact for Workday users and HR colleagues, building and maintaining positive working relationships 

• Providing written and verbal support to users with Workday navigation and related HR processes 

• Receiving, tracking, and resolving user requests through the ticketing system 

• Assisting users in navigating HR policies, procedures, and supporting documentation 

• Escalating complex issues to specialized teams and coordinating their resolution 

• Processing selected administrative and data-related requests within HR information systems 

• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of user guides, knowledge articles, and support materials 

Essential Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (HRIS Support, HR Support, or HR Administration)

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience with HR Information Systems

• Ability to understand processes, analyze requests, and efficiently resolve tickets

• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• A customer-focused approach to work

• Fluent English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Workday system

Salary Information

Basic wage component (brutto): from 1700 EUR monthly

* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate. 
* Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
