As customer care specialist you will:
Provide basic sales and technical support to our customers and partners
Manage incoming calls and emails in expected quality and quantity
Solve basic customer issues
Delegate more complex problems to teams responsible
Cooperate with higher level customer support teams
What do we expect from you:
Fluent in Danish language (C1-C2 level)
Have English on good spoken and written level (ideally B2)
Fluent Slovak language is a plus/not mandatory
Be active OS Windows user
Having previous experience with customer support or assistance is warmly welcomed/not mandatory
Have focus on meeting goals
Speak in a professional tone of voice
Like to learn new things and be flexible in finding solutions
Show ownership and sense of responsibility for your tasks
Basic wage component (gross): from 1350 Euro (fresh graduate)
The final wage is adjusted based on the experience and seniority level.
Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months)
