Admissions Representative

1. Identify and recruits customers.
2. Represent the company and provide appropriate information to prospective customer and other interested parties. Collect payments for a variety of events (i.e., monthly payments, fees etc.).
3. Compose a variety of documents (e.g., correspondence, agendas, minutes, newsletters, bulletins, reports) for the purpose of communicating information.
4. Maintain ongoing contact and good public relations with customers and staff.
5. Prepare a wide variety of reports, documents and correspondence of a confidential and non-confidential nature (i.e., letters, memorandums, meeting minutes, charts, operational procedures, manuals).

6. Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Strong written and communication skills required
• Ability to use a computer and MS Office applications required
• Knowledge of Russian, Portuguese or Spanish a plus
