</u> USA (Remote)<br><br><strong>Position Description:</strong><br><br>We are looking for a talented Technical Pre-Sales & Product Specialist to join our global team.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and working directly with clients.

You will learn how enterprise software products are used by some of the world's leading financial institutions and help demonstrate, explain, and support Esprow's solutions throughout the client journey.<br><br>This is a highly technical role combining client interaction with deep exposure to enterprise software, APIs, testing, certification, financial messaging, and trading systems.

We are looking for a strong technical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn complex systems. Through training, mentorship, and hands-on work, you will build expertise in financial messaging, trading workflows, and modern electronic market technologies.<br><br>The role provides broad exposure across product, engineering, quality assurance, solution consulting, and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities</strong><br><br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Support and gradually take ownership of product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients across capital markets organizations.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Learn and understand clients’ trading environments, workflows, technical architectures, and integration challenges in order to position Esprow’s solutions effectively.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Conduct technical presentations, workshops, webinars, onboarding sessions, and client training activities.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Explain complex protocol-level and trading-system concepts in a clear, concise, and professional manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Collaborate closely with Sales teams during enterprise sales cycles, proof-of-concept activities, product evaluations, and technical discussions.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Support client evaluation and onboarding activities by helping clients understand how Esprow’s solutions fit within their infrastructure and operational workflows.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Maintain and continuously improve demonstration environments, test scenarios, datasets, and supporting presentation materials.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Work with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to provide feedback from client discussions and help improve product usability and technical positioning.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Contribute to technical marketing activities including webinars, presentations, technical articles, conference participation, and educational materials where required.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Assist with the preparation of technical documentation, product communication materials, and solution-oriented client content.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Stay up to date with developments in software technology, APIs, testing methodologies, financial messaging, and capital markets infrastructure.<br><br><strong>Position Requirements</strong><br><br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Strong interest in technology, enterprise software, and technical problem solving.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Understanding of software development fundamentals, APIs, networking concepts, or distributed systems.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand sophisticated enterprise software architectures and workflows.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Excellent spoken and written English skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients.<br>-<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Strong presentation and communication
