Job Title: Executive– Performance Metrics & Analytics
Location: Manjari, Pune
Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for operations, finance, sales, and supply chain teams.

• Automate data processes and report generation using advanced Excel functions, macros, and/or scripts.

• Prepare dashboards for tracking KPIs such as order fulfillment, inventory movement, vendor performance, and sales trends.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, supply chain, etc.) to gather data and ensure data accuracy.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities with relevant data analysis.

• Perform variance analysis and highlight operational inefficiencies or cost leakages.

• Ensure data hygiene and manage master data across platforms (ERP, CRM, Excel sheets).

• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from data to support business strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in an MIS/Data Executive or Analyst role, preferably in a startup, FMCG, or retail environment.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle large datasets and work under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is a plus.
