Vice President - CRG

• Design and execute high-impact international relations strategies aligned with Essar Capital’s global positioning.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with foreign embassies, ambassadors, global trade bodies, and international chambers.
• Represent Essar Capital at diplomatic events, global forums, and international exhibitions to promote the group’s image and interests.
• Act as the senior-most liaison for all international delegations and foreign policy matters impacting business.
• Collaborate with internal leadership, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistency in external representation.
• Anticipate geopolitical shifts and advise leadership on risks and opportunities in global markets.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's in Public Relations, International Affairs, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 22+ years of relevant experience in international corporate relations, government affairs, or diplomacy.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinker with high cultural sensitivity and global exposure.
• Proven track record of managing high-level stakeholders and representing organizations at global platforms.
