At Essity, we offer internship opportunities designed to help you learn, grow, and explore your potential. Based in our Lisbon office, you’ll join a multicultural environment where almost 400 professionals work across HR operations, Finance, Master Data, and much more. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, contribute to real projects, build a foundation and have a multinational experience to grow your career.

What You Will Do

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to support ongoing projects and contribute ideas
• Research & Analysis: Conduct topic-specific research, gather data, and provide insights
• Documentation Support: Assist in creating reports, presentations, and internal documentation
• Professional Shadowing: Observe and learn from experienced colleagues across different functions
• Meeting Participation: Attend workshops and meetings, take notes, and engage in discussions
• Multicultural Interaction: Collaborate with peers, managers, and directors in a diverse workplace
• Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities to develop your skills and explore career paths.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
• No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• Comfortable using MS Office; familiarity with other software tools is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, and courageous, with a genuine interest in personal development.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are highly encouraged
