Requires skills:
• 5 + years' experience gathering, documenting and vetting requirements with project team, management and stakeholders resources
• 5+ years' experience defining and documenting functional specifications
• 5+ years' experience creating and executing test cases and recording results
• Advanced in using Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc
• Expert with ITS technology trends and standards
