Maintenance Technicians will maintain indoor and outdoor Office, Retail, and Industrial buildings.
The position is responsible for completion of general maintenance tasks, including Work orders/Service requests, turnover functions, and curb appeal; Completing repairs and installations in a safe and timely manner and ensuring that occupied and vacant properties are clean, free of trash and all common areas are well maintained. If you have, high energy, the ability to multi-task and excellent customer service skills, you are the Maintenance Technician we want to join our team.
