Job: Seasonal Fulfillment Associate

Shift: Part Time; Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Wage: $18.00/hr

Ethel M Chocolates, is hiring Seasonal Fulfillment Associates to fulfill orders in our Ethel M Chocolates eCommerce and external sales department. You will play an essential role in supporting fulfillment operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a fulfillment warehouse setting.
• Pick, Pack, and Ship Ecommerce, sales, and custom orders.
• Assist with inventory receiving, put away, replenishment, and audit as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day.
• We have many different shifts available to work: day shift, swing shift, including weekends
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
• Can lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be 18 years old to apply

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.  Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
