As part of the team, you’ll represent Etihad in the sky, creating extraordinary guest experiences and keeping our guests safe, while building a clear path towards becoming Cabin Senior.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 21 years old
• At least 163cm tall
• A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform
• Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle

What you’ll earn

Tax-free salary: Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster.

Where your career can take you

We recognize and reward great performance, with clear pathways to progress.

• Economy → Business Class from 12 months
• Business Class → Cabin Senior from 12 months
• Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager from 24 months

Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
