- Acts as the liaison between business users and the technical resources on the project team many of which will be from a Professional Services partner
- Work with key business users to gather, define, and formally document business requirements
- Interprets and documents business processes and business rules
- Provides input to the configuration of products by analyzing requirements and studying system capabilities
- Provides input to how the business processes may need to change to accommodate the product functionality
- Provides support to help desk and QA to ensure alignment with requirements
- Assists in preparing and reviewing announcements and publications related to new systems and features
- Assists in preparing or reviewing training documentation
- Guides interpretation of business problems and requirements
- Reviews project solution to ensure it addresses defined requirements
- Performs the responsibilities of a project team member
- Must have strong communication skills and presentation skills

- COTS experience
- Experience working with Professional Services partners

- Experience with Oracle CX solutions and rollout, preferably with the CRM, Ticket System, and Knowledge Management System modules
- If no direct experience with the Oracle CX CRM and/or Knowledge Management System modules, then experience needed with other vendor CRM, Ticket, and Knowledge Management
