    Job description

    About Eudia
Eudia is revolutionizing legal work through AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, empowering Fortune 500 legal teams to accelerate decision-making, mitigate risk, and drive strategic growth. With $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we’re crafting a category-defining platform that fuses AI-driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal departments into engines of innovation.
At Eudia, we move fast. Unlike traditional enterprise software companies, our teams ship solutions in days, not months—delivering real impact for some of the world’s largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. We’re solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to legal automation.

We’re a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers who are passionate about reshaping an industry that has long been resistant to change. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, take ownership from day one, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and legal—we’d love to meet you.

    The role

Eudia is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own planning, forecasting and the financial model. You will turn the numbers into decisions on budgets, pricing, margins and growth.

You will work directly with the Head of Finance and partner with leaders across go-to-market, product and operations. You will help shape how Eudia grows from Series A and beyond.

    Job description

You will own Eudia's plan and financial model, and be the finance partner leaders turn to for decisions.

    Planning and the financial model

    • Build and own the company's financial model and full set of projections.
    • Lead the annual plan, quarterly forecasts and long-range plan.
    • Run the budget process and track spend against budget with department leaders.
    • Partner with the accounting team on budget-versus-actual reviews, purchase orders and procurement.
    • Forecast cash, burn and runway.
    • Build headcount plans with People and department leaders.

    Go-to-market and revenue

    • Own the go-to-market revenue forecast, built from pipeline and bookings.
    • Define and report ARR, CARR, bookings and retention consistently across the business.
    • Model sales capacity and coverage with Sales leadership.
    • Design and model commission plans with Sales leadership and review payouts independently.

    Pricing and margins

    • Lead pricing analysis and partner with Product and Sales on pricing strategy across subscription and consumption models.
    • Analyze and improve gross margin, including AI inference and delivery costs.

    Board, investors and fundraising

    • Build board materials with the Head of Finance.
    • Support fundraising with investor models, data rooms and diligence responses.

    Business partnering and analysis

    • Act as the finance partner to department leaders on plans, spend and trade-offs.
    • Run ad hoc analysis on business operations, from new investments to process changes.
    • Build business cases for major investments and review the results after launch.
    • Use AI and automation to speed up planning, reporting and analysis.

    Requirements

We are looking for a finance professional with 5+ years of experience, expert modeling skills and a track record of partnering across a high-growth company.

    Required

    • 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity or consulting.
    • Expert financial modeling, including operating models and full three-statement projections.
    • Experience owning budgets and forecasts at a high-growth company.
    • Experience forecasting SaaS revenue, including consumption or usage-based models.
    • Experience with pricing, unit economics and gross margin analysis.
    • Experience preparing board materials or supporting a fundraise.
    • Strong collaboration across the organization, from individual contributors to the executive team.
    • Fluency with spreadsheets and AI tools for analysis.
    • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

    Nice to have

    • Investment banking or private equity experience, followed by strategic finance at a high-growth startup (strongly preferred).
    • Experience with AI business models, including inference and model costs.
    • Experience designing sales commission plans.
    • Experience with government contracts or professional services businesses.
    • SQL or BI tool skills.

Compensation: $190,000 to $230,000 base salary
