    Position Overview

We are seeking an intern to join our Latin America practice, in Brasilia or Sao Paulo. The intern will provide executive-assistant support to our Research Director and our Business Development Director—two of the region’s senior leaders—managing their calendars, scheduling and rescheduling meetings, and arranging travel and flights, as well as supporting the team’s day-to-day administrative and operational needs.

The intern will work primarily in Portuguese and English, with occasional demands in Spanish. The internship offers hands-on experience in executive support and the chance to work closely with two senior leaders on our regional team, helping inform their decisions by preparing briefings and keeping them ahead of their commitments.

The internship will have a hybrid format (in-person/remote work). Applicants must be students at an academic institution.

    Responsibilities:

    · Managing and coordinating the directors’ calendars

    · Scheduling and rescheduling meetings

    · Arranging travel and booking flights

    · Handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

    · Preparing and summarizing meetings

    · Supporting the directors’ decision-making by preparing briefings and organizing information

    Qualifications:

    · Spanish desired, to handle occasional demands

    · Strong organization skills and attention to detail

    · Confidentiality when handling sensitive information

    · Ability to juggle competing priorities

    · Comfort with calendar and email tools (Outlook or Google Workspace)

    · Professional written and verbal communication

    · Familiarity with AI tools desired

    What you’ll gain:

    · Close exposure to two senior leaders at the world’s leading global political-risk firm

    · Insight into how our Latin America and Brazil practices operate day to day

    · Strong organizational, communication, and executive-support skills that transfer to any career

    Details:

    · 6 hours per day (30 hours per week)

    · Start date: September 2026

    Location:

    · Brasilia or Sao Paulo
