Within Eurazeo, the Operations department is composed on around 70 people split between Operations and Fund Management and Portfolio Management. The Operations and Fund Management team overlooks 150+ funds over 10 different asset classes (Venture, Growth, Healthcare, Private Funds Group, Private Debt, Small-Mid Buyout, Mid-Large Buyout, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
The Operations and Fund Management team of Eurazeo Capital, overlooking the Mid-Large Buyout asset class, is looking for its new intern financial controller to join the team in Luxembourg.

Reporting to the Financial Analyst and the Financial Senior associate you will be involved in all the aspects of financial and administrative monitoring of the Eurazeo Capital funds.
You will provide support to the Fund Management team on the following workstreams:

• Contribution to the funds’ operations: cash flow forecasts, assistance with the choice of funding sources and execution of calls for funds and/or drawdowns on funding lines, preparation of distribution notices
• Review of accounting reports and preparation of financial reports (quarterly reports, capital accounts)
• Interface with LPs and external parties (confirmation requests, performance)
• Support with setting up and monitoring investment structures
• Monitoring of portfolio and funds valuations
• Implementation and review of data in tools (eFront and Intralinks in particular)
• Assistance with fund administration
• Contribution to the implementation of transversal projects

• Solid academic record: pursuing a Master’s degree in a Business School; Engineering students with academic background in corporate finance will be considered;
• Strong analytical and modelling skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;
• Some understanding of the Private Equity market would be a plus;
• Fluency in English mandatory.
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Luxembourg for the duration of the internship.
