Roles
As a Project Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading project planning sessions
- Tracking and managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Designing and signing off on contracts
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management at a manufacturing or software company, preferably in an Agile environment
- Thorough knowledge of modern Project Management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Leadership skills, big-picture thinking and vision, attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- BS/MS in a technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math) or work experience of comparable technical content
- (Not required but nice to have) Project Management certification (e.g. PMP)
- (Not required but nice to have) Experience in robotics, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, developer APIs
