DEFINITION The Citterio USA Maintenance Supervisor is a supervisor role that involves direct, hands-on participation in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all machinery and equipment within the facility. This role requires a proactive leader who is comfortable working alongside team members, troubleshooting, performing repairs, and leading by example in a fast-paced, food production environment. The Maintenance Supervisor will also play a key role in enforcing safety, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
