We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring production equipment operates at peak performance by:
- Performing preventive maintenance on CNC machines, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns to support production
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
- Performing general facility maintenance and carpentry projects as needed
- Working closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and maximize equipment uptime
- Completing work orders and documenting maintenance activities within the CMMS system
- Following all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Assisting with additional maintenance projects and overtime support when needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in an industrial manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience maintaining CNC machinery or automated manufacturing equipment
- Multi-craft maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Technical school training, apprenticeship, or industry certifications
- Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Equipment uptime and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Preventive maintenance completion
- Work order completion and cycle time
- Maintenance cost efficiency
- Accuracy of CMMS records and asset data
