The Team

The Parties Group team is part of the Client Experience department and plays a key role in supporting Euroclear clients throughout their journey. We are responsible for the setup and maintenance of client accounts, connectivity services, subscriptions, and billing configurations across our group applications.

Our team also supports major business and technology initiatives by providing expertise on client and party setup processes during project rollouts.

Your Role

As a member of the Parties Group team, you will contribute to ensuring clients can efficiently access and use Euroclear services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing connectivity setup and maintenance for clients and other parties across Euroclear group applications.
• Configuring subscriptions to reports and services, ensuring clients receive the information and access they require.
• Handling and resolving requests received through Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Providing day-to-day support to clients and internal stakeholders, helping to resolve issues and answer queries.
• Contributing to project rollouts and other strategic initiatives requiring Parties Group expertise.
• Building strong relationships through regular client interactions.
• Participating actively in daily team discussions, sharing knowledge, raising issues, and contributing ideas to improve processes and client service.

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar case management tool.
