Vous serez en charge de la gestion des approvisionnements, des flux et stocks de réactifs et consommables au quotidien.
Vous agirez dans le respect des conditions contractuelles d’achat, des procédures qualité et des impératifs de délais. Vous serez force de proposition sur les méthodes afin de favoriser l’amélioration continue des process.
Garantir la fourniture des réactifs et consommables auprès des clients internes ;
Réaliser le calcul d’approvisionnement, suivre les commandes des clients internes, contrôler les quantités, communiquer les délais ;
Traiter les commandes fournisseurs (réaliser l’extraction des commandes, transmettre les commandes aux fournisseurs, assurer le suivi, gérer les abonnements et les litiges constatés en réception) ;
Assurer le suivi du référencement des articles dans le système informatique (création, analyse et traitement des anomalies, gestion de l’obsolescence)
Gérer l’obsolescence des produits et le surstock ;
Participer aux inventaires ;
Prendre en charge la résolution des litiges constatés lors de la livraison du fournisseur.
Assurer le suivi du processus purchase to pay en relation avec le service achat et le service comptabilité fournisseurs
Bac + 2 (BTS, DUT) en gestion de stock /logistique ou expérience équivalente.
Autonome, vous avez toutefois un bon esprit d’équipe et êtes impliqué(e) dans les tâches confiées.
Vous maitrisez EXCEL
Anglais courant pour échanger avec les fournisseurs étrangers
Temps de travail hebdomadaire : 35h55 soit 7h11/jour (5 jours/semaine)
