Le Département Clients du Laboratoire de Nutrition est composé de deux équipes : le Service Clients et le Service Expertise. Au sein du Service Clients composé de 10 personnes, votre rôle sera de venir en soutien à l'équipe dans leurs tâches quotidiennes. Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Gestion et suivi d’échantillon :
Interface entre le laboratoire et le service flux d’échantillons :
Relation client :
D'autres missions pourront vous êtres confiées en fonction de vos appétences et des besoins du service (facturation, recouvrement, saisie de résultat, mise à jour de devis...).
Formation : BAC +2 relation client ou équivalent
Qualités personnelles : Dynamique, autonome, rigoureux(se), organisé(e), vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez un bon relationnel avec vos différents interlocuteurs (clients, collègues).

Expérience : Ce poste est ouvert aux profils débutants - nous recherchons avant tout une personne motivée, dynamique et entreprenante ! Vous serez formé(e) et accompagné(e) lors de votre prise de poste.

Horaires : du lundi au vendredi : 8h/16h15 - 9h15/17h30
Temps de Travail : 36h30 hebdomadaire + 10 RTT par an
Rémunération : 1867.02 € bruts mensuels + prime trimestrielle sur objectif
