Votre mission:
Concevoir et réaliser les indicateurs de pilotage de l’activité des laboratoires, à partir d’une solution informatique de type « Business Intelligence ».
Organisation:
Directement sous la responsabilité du manager de l’équipe « BI » au sein du service « IT-Solution » qui couvre les systèmes d’informations des laboratoires de la division « Food » pour la France, l’Italie, l’Espagne et une partie des Pays-Bas.
De préférence de formation ingénieur généraliste d'une école du groupe A (X, Mines, Ponts, Centrale, Supélec...), vous êtes attiré(e) par les systèmes d'Information et leur application concrète dans un contexte business opérationnel.
Vous êtes un(e) véritable candidat(e) de terrain, mais souhaitez aussi mettre à profit vos capacités d’analyse, votre volonté de mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes et adaptées au business.
Vous avez une orientation « processus » certaine et êtes attiré (e) par les problématiques liées à l’optimisation du fonctionnement d’un laboratoire.
La gestion au quotidien de la relation avec le business et la variété des sujets dont vous aurez la charge nécessitent une bonne organisation personnelle, une grande autonomie et une volonté de construire une compétence solide autour des métiers du laboratoire.
Vous avez le goût pour les problématiques complexes et multi-acteurs afin de les faire aboutir et de livrer, in fine, au business une solution simple et vulgarisée.
Vous avez une forte appétence pour le travail collaboratif au sein de l’équipe, avec le business et aussi à l’international. Vous interagirez avec d’autres équipes basées en Allemagne, Inde, Belgique, Luxembourg.
