Sous l’autorité de la responsable des Ressources et des Ordonnancements des audits pour la Business Line Eurofins Food Assurance, vous travaillez en interface permanente avec les auditeurs, les clients et le département technique de la Business Unit Certification.
Vous planifiez les missions des auditeurs à partir des commandes clients. Vous participez à l’élaboration des plannings, attribuez les prestations aux ressources compétentes, suivez l’avancement des prestations et vous vous assurez que l’ensemble des commandes est bien pris en compte et réalisé conformément aux attentes des clients. Vous mettez à jour les différents indicateurs pour assurer les tâches administratives associées au poste.
Vous assurez également l’interface avec les clients : vous préparez les dossiers à instruire en collectant les informations auprès des clients, vous tenez à jour des tableaux des qualifications et de disponibilité des consultants.
Enfin, vous anticipez et contribuez au renouvellement des missions périodiques des clients acquis.
Vous êtes force de proposition pour améliorer nos processus et nos performances. Vous participez à l’élaboration et au suivi des indicateurs.
Vous contribuez également à la mise en œuvre de la politique de maintien des qualifications des auditeurs. Ce travail étant un préalable indispensable à la réussite de l’ordonnancement
De formation BAC+3 au minimum (équivalent), vous avez réussi une première expérience (3 à 5 ans) en planification, optimisation des procédés, gestion de production ou ordonnancement.
Vous êtes méthodique, familier (ère) des tableurs excel, rigoureux (se) avec de bonnes capacités relationnelles. Vous êtes également force de proposition et doté (e) d’un bon sens critique.
La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus déterminant.
