Au sein d'une équipe de chefs de projet expérimentés, vous participerez à la transformation Lean de notre laboratoire de biologie médicale spécialisée.
Les thématiques pressenties sont les suivantes : appropriation des standards managériaux (mise en place de rituels de communication, démarche 5S, résolution de problème…)
En immersion sur le terrain, avec l'appui méthodologique de nos chefs de projet vous utiliserez avec rigueur les outils Lean afin d'améliorer de manière significative l'efficacité de nos processus en vue de réduire nos délais et d'optimiser nos coûts tout en préservant notre haut niveau de qualité.

Stagiaire en BAC+5 - Ecole d’Ingénieur, avec une spécialisation en biologie de préférence et de l’appétence pour le domaine de l'amélioration continue.
Dynamisme, autonomie et qualités relationnelles seront les clés de la réussite de cette expérience.
Vous aimez la philosophie du Lean et désirez la mettre en pratique rapidement, sur des projets concrets à forte valeur ajoutée, ce stage est pour vous !
