Rattaché(e) à la Direction de l’entité Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing & Bioanalyses - Phase I Clinics France, vous piloterez la division Bioanalyses (BA) « Bioanalyses - Phase I Clinics France ». A ce titre, vous serez à la tête de 2 sites en France (Vergèze (30) et Grenoble (38)), en charge de la gestion financière et des opérations, en coordonnant les équipes et en assurant ses croissances et rentabilités.
Vos principales missions seront de :
Des déplacements sont à prévoir, 10 jours par mois, principalement sur les deux sites dont vous aurez la responsabilités, localisés à Vergèze et Grenoble.
De formation scientifique Bac+5 minimum (biologie, biochimie, chimie analytique, technologie médicales), vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire en gestion autonome de Business Unit, acquise dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
La compréhension d’un P&L est un prérequis.
Manager reconnu(e), excellent(e) communicant(e) et animé(e) par le sens du service client, vous aimez les challenges et la proximité terrain.
Votre vernis / expertise scientifique et votre leadership vous permettront de comprendre les attentes de votre entité et d’obtenir les meilleurs résultats pour satisfaire vos clients.
Vous êtes fluent en anglais.
