Over Eurofins TMFI
Eurofins The Maastricht Forensic Institute (Eurofins TMFI) is de Nederlandse tak van Eurofins Forensics en maakt deel uit van een netwerk van meer dan 1500 forensisch professionals. Eurofins TMFI biedt forensische diensten aan de politie, het Openbaar Ministerie en de rechterlijke macht. Eurofins TMFI heeft momenteel drie locaties en ontwikkelt zich snel: het forensisch laboratorium is gevestigd in Maastricht en Amsterdam huist diverse rapporterende experts. Onder de handelsnaam Verilabs wordt rechtsgeldig DNA-verwantschapsonderzoek aangeboden vanuit Gouda. Naast het leveren van geheel in Nederland uitgevoerde diensten op het gebied van bijvoorbeeld forensisch DNA-onderzoek en forensisch medisch onderzoek, biedt Eurofins TMFI als 'managed service provider' ook diensten aan van andere Eurofins Forensics laboratoria en (internationale) partners aan de Nederlandse strafrechtketen.
Eurofins TMFI is een relatief kleine maar snel groeiende en organisatie binnen het netwerk van Eurofins laboratoria. De dynamische organisatie bestaat momenteel uit ongeveer 70 ambitieuze medewerkers en heeft een sterke ambitie gericht op het maximaal ondersteunen van de Nederlandse Strafrechtketen met innovatieve, flexibele en klantgerichte oplossingen.
