Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa appartenente alle categorie protette (L. 68/99) da inserire come Impiegato/a Amministrativo, motivato/a ad unirsi al nostro team e contribuire al nostro successo.
Responsabilità principali
Gestione delle attività di fatturazione attiva e/o passiva.
Supporto alle attività amministrative quotidiane.
Verifica e controllo della documentazione contabile.
Registrazione e aggiornamento dei dati nei sistemi gestionali.
Monitoraggio delle scadenze amministrative e supporto nel rispetto delle tempistiche.
Collaborazione con il team per garantire l’efficienza dei processi amministrativi.
Appartenenza alle categorie protette (L. 68/99).
Disponibilità a un contratto part-time (minimo 21 ore settimanali).
Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito amministrativo, preferibilmente con attività di fatturazione attiva e/o passiva.
Formazione in ambito amministrativo (diploma di ragioneria e/o laurea in discipline economiche o affini).
Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e gestionali amministrativi.
Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo, precisione e rispetto delle scadenze.
Buona capacità di gestione dei carichi di lavoro e adattamento a contesti dinamici.
Il contratto e l’inquadramento saranno commisurati all’esperienza e alle competenze del candidato.
