At Eurofins, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across multiple locations.
As an IT Field Service Engineer, you provide hands-on technical support to business users on-site, promote Eurofins IT best practices, and collaborate with IT teams on daily operations and projects. You work closely with Infrastructure teams and report into the IT organization, contributing to a stable and compliant IT environment.
In this role, you support users with hardware and software issues, ensuring fast and effective resolutions. You collaborate with colleagues across IT and ensure projects are delivered smoothly with minimal disruption to forensic (business) operations. You will be based in Maastricht, with regular travel to support our offices in Bruges, Cologne, and Amsterdam. Travel to these locations is required on a monthly basis.

About Eurofins TMFI
Eurofins The Maastricht Forensic Institute (Eurofins TMFI) is the Dutch branch of Eurofins Forensics and part of a network of more than 1,500 forensic professionals. Eurofins TMFI provides forensic services to the police, the Public Prosecution Service, and the judiciary.
Eurofins TMFI currently operates across three locations and is rapidly developing. The main forensic laboratory is based in Maastricht, while Amsterdam hosts various reporting experts. Under the trade name Verilabs, legally valid DNA kinship testing is offered from Gouda.
In addition to delivering forensic services fully performed in the Netherlands—such as forensic DNA analysis and forensic medical examinations, Eurofins TMFI also acts as a managed service provider, offering services from other Eurofins Forensics laboratories and (international) partners to the Dutch criminal justice chain.
Eurofins TMFI is a relatively small but fast-growing organization within the wider Eurofins network. The dynamic team currently consists of approximately 70 ambitious professionals and is strongly focused on supporting the Dutch criminal justice system with innovative, flexible, and customer-oriented solutions.
