Im Rahmen des 1. Teils der praktischen Ausbildung zum 2. Staatsexamen für Lebensmittelchemiker (gemäß Ausbildungs- und Prüfungsverordnung für Lebensmittelchemiker, Hamburg 1978) erhalten Sie von uns die Gelegenheit, die im Studium erlernten analytischen Fähigkeiten in praktischer Projektarbeit auszubauen und zu verfeinern. Dabei haben Sie die Möglichkeit zwischen zwei verschiedenen Fachbereichen zu wählen: Rückstandsanalytik/ Kontaminantenanalytik und allgemeine Lebensmittelanalytik. Zudem bekommen Sie ein Projekt, in dem Sie die Möglichkeit haben Ihre praktischen Kenntnisse in instrumenteller Analytik (z.B. GC, HPLC, Headspace-Analytik, SPE, LC-GC-Kopplung, usw.) zu erweitern. Zusätzlich erhalten Sie einen Einblick in unsere Routineanalytik und lernen das Arbeiten in einem nach DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 akkreditiertem Labor kennen.
