Als Magazijnbeheerder ben jij de spil tussen kantoor en werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat het magazijn overzichtelijk en georganiseerd blijft, houdt de voorraad op peil en verwerkt dagelijks de orders die door onze koeriers worden meegenomen.
Je start de dag met afstemming met de afdeling Planning om ervoor te zorgen dat leveringen, routes en werkzaamheden optimaal georganiseerd zijn. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat laboratoriummaterialen en bemonsteringskits tijdig en correct worden klaargezet voor verzending.
Daarnaast ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor verschillende Eurofins-vestigingen. Je ondersteunt bij vragen over leveringen, voorraad en bestellingen en onderhoudt nauw contact met collega's van Planning en Customer Service. Ook zorg je voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van orders, opdrachten en voorraadmutaties in onze systemen.
Je werkt in een klein en betrokken team bestaande uit collega's van Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse en Wagenpark. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de dagelijkse logistieke operatie soepel verloopt.

De werkzaamheden vinden plaats tussen 07:30 uur en 17:30 uur. Je werkt volgens de voor de afdeling geldende planning binnen deze tijden.
